Luxe by SK accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Inaccurate product(s) delivered compared to what was ordered.

 

Please note:

• Customers must return damaged/incorrect products within 7 days of receipt, unused and with original tags.

• All return orders will be forwarded to B2 Johar Town Lahore.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refund Policy:

 • All sales are final; we do not offer monetary refunds.
